Ms. Lizzie “Kat” Kyles was born on March 18, 1954, in Edwards, Mississippi, to the late Mr. Aaron “Pat P.” Kyles, Jr. and the late Mrs. Thelma Ruth Strong Kyles. She confessed Christ at an early age and united with Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Bolton, Mississippi.

Ms. Kyles departed this life on Monday, October 6, 2025, at Manhattan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory three sisters: Ms. Earnestine Kyles, Ms. Mary Louise Kyles, and Ms. Ruby Lee Kyles, all of Bolton, Mississippi; three aunts: Mrs. Annie Mea Mack of Rosedale, Mississippi; Mrs. Marie Allen and Ms. Willie Sue Strong, both of Edwards, Mississippi; and Mrs. Ledonia Mack of Jackson, Mississippi; along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.
