Mr. Victor Donnell Richmond Graves was born on February 19,1963, in Hinds County, Bolton, Mississippi to Alfred Douglas ("A.D.") and Essie Howard Richmond. At the untimely death of his mother at the age of 3 months, Victor was entrusted in the care of his uncle and aunt, Cleveland "Buddy" and Sarah Howard Graves.

On Sunday, June 8,2025, Victor completed his journey on this earth, fulfilling his purpose with grace. Though his passing brings sorrow, it is not the end, it is a homegoing. He now rests in the embrace of those who went before him: his beloved parents; siblings Willie C. Varnell, Clark Richmond, Evelyn Richmond, Eddie Richmond, Lola Mae Graves, Lula Mae Graves, Lillie Graves Ephfrom, Henry C. Graves and Chester Graves, special niece and nephew Carleatha Powell and Cofrazier Earl Powell.

He is remembered with love by his longtime companion and partner and her son, sisters, a host of  nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will cherish his memory always. May his life be remembered with gratitude and his memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
